Paula Deen Fries Agent

0705_paula_deen_tmz2Paula Deen is finally on the other end of a severed business relationship … she’s cutting ties with her agent following the recent fallout from her admission to using the N-word.

Deen’s rep, Elana Weiss, said in a statement that Deen “has separated from” New York agent Barry Weiner.

Weiss went on to say that Deen and her family Weiss “thank him for the tireless effort and dedication over the many years.”

Since the leak of a deposition in which Deen admitted to using the N-word in the past, she has lost deals with the likes of The Food Network, Wal-Mart, Target, JCPenney, Kmart, Sears and her book publisher.

Rapper Future Baby Mama Deserves No More Cash

0705_Rapper-Future_gettyNot only does rapper Future want a judge to keep his child support payments in the present and shoot down his baby mama’s request for more cash … he wants MORE custody of his son, TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Future (real name Nayvadius Cash) and baby mama Jessica Smith hammered out a child support agreement after a DNA test proved Future was the daddy of Smith’s 10-year-old boy. But Smith came back a short while later demanding more money because she felt Future lied about how much money he makes.

But in court docs filed last month in Georgia, Future says he financials are all on the up and up and Smith should not receive a penny more in support. He claims that Smith’s attempt to use comments he’s made in the press — specifically the one where he claims he always has $25,000 on him at all times — can’t be used as part of the custody battle.

In addition to blocking Smith’s play for more money, Future is now angling for more custody. He claims Smith took their son out of school (after Future paid non-refundable tuition) without his permission and has “failed to deliver the minor child to school for unreasonable periods of time and/or delivered the child to school in tardy fashion.”

Future is seeking joint physical custody and wants Smith to pay his attorney’s fees.

A judge has yet to rule.

We spoke to people close to Too Short, and we’re told the guy’s not upset at all — “That’s just the way he rolls.” It’s unclear if he has since retrieved the car.

It’s the second automotive pain in the ass for the rapper — as we first reported, Too Short was busted for DUI in March … when he ran from cops. ‘Memba that video?

‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Nicki Minaj Was Right … I SUCK!!!

0706_kirk_frost_nicki_minaj_article_getty_tmzNicki Minaj BLASTED “Love & Hip Hop” star Kirk Frost for being a womanizing a-hole on national TV, and Kirk tells TMZ she was totally right to do so.

A recent episode of “LHH: ATL” aired showing Kirk cheating on his wife Rasheeda with TWO other women in a hot tub. FYI — Rasheeda is 7 months pregnant.

Nicki ( a HUGE “LHH” fan) was pissed by the public display of douche-baggery and took to Twitter, writing, “Damn my n***a, after 15 yrs u wld embarrass the mother of your child while she’s pregnant on nat’l tv like that? cornballs on deck.”

She added, “And I dare u to say it ain’t none of my business. U done sold it to vh1. It’s everybody business.”

But rather than try and makes excuses, Kirk tells TMZ he knows he acted like a terrible person, telling us, “Nicki Minaj is a woman and she was speaking about me doing inappropriate things. I can’t fault her for that. Every woman in America who watched felt the way Nicki did.”

070613_love_hip_hop_launchKirk adds, “Not only was doing it on the show inappropriate … but it was inappropriate period. And I hurt my wife.”

FYI — Kirk says his wife is now “done” with him. They have a 12-year-old kid together, plus the one on the way.

Toni Braxton Bankruptcy Case FINALLY Settled

Exclusive

0705_toni_braxton_gettyIt seems like Toni Braxton has been in bankruptcy forever, but TMZ has learned she has finally settled her Chapter 7 blues … and it cost her $150,000 to wipe the slate clean.

As TMZ first reported, Braxton filed for bankruptcy (for the second time) back in 2010, claiming debts as high as $50,000,000. Yikes.

According to docs filed in the bankruptcy, Braxton made a deal with the trustee to buy back some of the personal property she lost. The deal was for Braxton to pay $5,000/month for 15 months with the last payment being $50,000. Braxton made all the payments … except for that last one.

The other part of the case hanging over Braxton’s head was the issue of $754,000 Braxton made for overseas performances. The shows took place AFTER Braxton filed for bankruptcy, so she argued that she was legally entitled to keep the money earned from these performances.

However, the trustee argued since Braxton was technically paid before the Chapter 7 filing (the money was put in escrow before the shows, she didn’t get it til after) she should have to fork it over.

The trustee and Braxton finally came to an agreement this week — Braxton agreed to pay the $50,000 she owed for the property and $100,000 from the performances.

Lastly … Braxton and the trustee came to an agreement that she could buy back the copyright on a slew of her songs for a cool $20,000. They go to auction on July 15 and they’re hers, assuming she doesn’t get outbid.

A judge still needs to sign off on it all … but it appears this bankruptcy case is finally over.

But the newly-hitched Knowles tells TMZ his famous kids couldn’t make it to the ceremony, saying, “Unfortunately, Beyonce and Solange had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend.”

Mathew officially divorced Tina Knowles back in 2011, though Tina originally filed in 2009.
